Welcome to Kindergarten Room 117!

Hello and welcome Kindergarten families! My name is Kristi Enriquez and I will be one of the Kindergarten teachers for the 2012-2013 school year. This is my second year teaching Kindergarten at St. Benedict Preparatory School. I am very excited to start a new school year!

I wanted to start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago. I went to both a Catholic grade school and high school. Following high school, I continued my education at Indiana University and received my degree in Elementary Education. After graduation I was an assistant teacher at St. Joseph school in Wilmette. While I was an assistant teacher, I went back to school for my Masters in Special Education at National Louis University.  This summer I completed my Masters in Special Education and enjoyed the warm weather!

I am very excited to meet all my students and families on Tuesday, August 28 at Kindergarten. Kindergarten Orientation for room 117 starts at 5:30PM.  I am looking forward to a fun and safe school year!

See you in Room 117,

Ms. Kristi Enriquez
