5th Grade

Ms. Golebiowski's class started their travel presentations on Tuesday and will finish them on Monday, 5/14. Afterwards, they will be introduced to "Me gusta" before we wrap up the year with some review!

Ms. Geisler's class will have a quiz on "Voy a..." on Wednesday, 5/16. They should study their vocabulary words and the back of their vocabulary sheet as a reference. After their quiz, they will begin their mini travel project!

4th Grade

4th grade has been working on their house projects and they look great!

Ms. Poetz's class will need to finish their houses over the weekend for their presentations on Tuesday. Each student will need to write out 5 sentence about their house that either include "esta" or "hay."

Mrs. Gentile's class will have one other day to work on them in class and then they will need to have them ready to present next Thursday. For homework tonight, they will need to write out 5 sentences about their house. A worksheet was sent home with the instructions for this assignment.

3rd Grade

3rd grade received a worksheet that was an in-class activity on one side and homework on the other. For their homework, students need to fill in the calendar at the top of the page with a feeling each day. Please have them use p. 38 as a reference.

After filling in the calendar, students should answer the questions asking "Que tienes?" (What are you feeling?) and "Cuando tienes..." (When do you feel...?) in complete sentences. They can follow the examples on both sides for help.

5th Grade

Ms. Golebiowski's class worked on their travel projects yesterday in class and will have more time on Monday. They can create a display of any kind for the project and each will group will do a short presentation.

Ms. Geilser's class was given new vocabulary on hobbies today. For homework, students are to complete the back of the worksheet with the question "Que vas a hacer?" They will refer to the pictures for their answers and each answer will start out with "Voy a..." The worksheet is due on Friday.

4th Grade

Mrs. Gentile's 4th grade class will be having their quiz tomorrow on the house and household objects. Students should study the front and back of their vocabulary sheet. The two questions "Donde esta...?" and "Cuantos hay?" will be on their quiz as well as vocabualry words.
