No registration fee is required to participate.  Extended Care rates are charged on a per day basis.  Hourly rates are not available.  Weekly balances are issued on Mondays with payment due the following Monday (or next school day if Monday is a holiday). 

This program operates exclusively on school days.  When there is no school, there is no before/after school care available.

Morning drop off is between 7:00 am-7:40 am at the preschool entrance on the corner of Byron and Bell.  Students are escorted as a group to the elementary school by a teacher aid.

Afternoon extended care school pick up as at 3:00 PM (2:10 PM on Tuesdays) in the elementary school building.  Teachers and aftercare staff will ensure that students are signed in and escorted to Heidenreich Hall.  Students are to be picked up no later than 6PM by entering the preschool entrance.  There is a late fee of $5.00 for every 5 minutes after 6PM. 

All students and parents will be expected to adhere to the policies and guidelines outlined in the Extended Care Rules.

Afternoon activities include a snack, outside play, homework/quiet reading time and play activities in Heidenreich Hall. 

The Extended Care Program is currently operated under the direction of Ms. Rachel Gemo, St. Benedict Preparatory School Chief Executive Office.
